Anyone have nerve pain in lower extremities?

I am so tired of feeling like shit. The nerve pain is getting worse and now I think it’s linked to the dysautonomia. I get muscle twitches throughout my body frequently. I am constantly exhausted and feel fatigued, and just so much anxiety. Does anyone feel this way?
