Matchmaking is the biggest piece of dogshit that I have ever seen

It's always the same bs it's now the 6th time that I got relegated to div 3 just because I always have to face the top 1000 of the game from Div1, why don't I get the players from div 2 to play against? Why doesn't Konami take care of this?
