Lack of League Themed Events

Why in the UK/Europe are there so few league themed events?

Pretty sure it's just English, Spanish and Italian league and it's been that way since day 1.

Surely would make sense to add a few more events like Turkish League, French League, Brazilian League and from a development perspective, would be really simple to integrate into the game. Especially since you constantly see players from these leagues advertised in the market. A simple change which would at least make the game more diverse.
