Plugin / software to batch resize landscape videos to portrait?

Most of my work is exporting in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 ratios. I was curious if anyone knows of a plugin or software that can either batch crop/resize landscape videos? Or just something that makes it faster than exporting the video, importing, making a new sequence, resizing, exporting etc.

I edit on Adobe Premeire but would be open to anything.
