Bad Journeyman

I’m a first year apprentice so I don’t have much experience maybe 6 months or so. I’ve been with this company for all that time and I’ve worked for probably 5-6 JWs throughout that time and I’ve actually thoroughly enjoyed working with them. I’m not one to complain but this JW that my foreman recently put me with really upsets me. I get it you want the apprentice to do a lot of the work to gain more experience but my JW literally does nothing. He’ll give me a task and just stand there on his phone scrolling through tiktok or instagram. Not only that, but he tries to show me videos or memes on his phone while I’m trying to accomplish the task he just gave me. And then when I don’t do something right he’ll get upset (not at me but just in general) that he has to do it himself. I haven’t had a problem with another JW until I started working for him. Do you guys think I should tell my foreman and request to work with someone else? Or should I just suck it up and deal with it?
