Just a reminder.
Hey all.
So I gotta swallow my pride on this one.
So I was working in a tight/awkward spot, had a facility spot down and was trying to be a “good” employee and get shit done.
And just like we teach our 2 years old kids not to do I cut towards myself with my utility knife. I know why I did it, more importantly I know why I shouldn’t have and 16 stitches later I got a dam good reminder of what I already knew.
Complacency will get you every time, all that time I was trying to save was lost ten fold.
Stay safe, learn from my mistakes, slow down to speed up, and if you know it’s right to do it one way do it that way (and if you’re not sure ask).
