curbside and zebra can’t be taken outside

so there’s this new thing I guess (well it’s not really new but my managers are irresponsible and don’t keep me updated with anything) where you can’t take the zebra outside while doing a curbside. What’s the point of this?? I’m just generally curious because how am I supposed to remember what spot Karen is in when I have 5 other curbside bags to pass out too ???
