What do I need to calibrate?

I printed a calibration cube that steps from 40mm to 20 mm. The 40 measures at 40.14, the 30, 20, and 10 measure + .22. Also the top layer you can't read the text and is super rough. My solid layers is set to top 5 bottom 3. I'm on an ender 5s1 and running on reality sonic pad with klipper and using supper slicer with klippy flavor. Thanks for your time.
