LCD screen not registering.

Hey guys,

So, I got a glass bed for the printer, but accidently clipped the wire on the underside of the bed and it sparked. Everything is still intact, but now the blue LCD screen is not registering text. It starts up and lights up, but I can't navigate the screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
