what are some good recommended heating pads?

Currently I just have one old microwavable one that I stick in for a minute every hour or so, but it's pretty small and kinda inconvenient.

I'd like to find a larger one, but I don't know what brands are reputable. If there's any battery powered ones that'd be helpful, or something I can sleep with too, but I'm afraid of the ones you have to plug I to a power outlet because of those intrusive thoughts of them catching fire or something..?

But anyway, if you guys have any recommendations that would be very helpful, ty in advance ^{^}
