Book still in review… any advice?

Does anyone have any advice for what happens if your book stays “in review” for longer than the 72 hours? It’s book 6 in a series, and I’m coming up to around the 80h mark now with no change.

The blurb is sexy but doesn’t use “bad” words; I have a warning that also lists the acts in general terms (like spanking, multiple orgasms, MF detailed intimacy etc). The cover is similar to my others, and has no nudity.

Should I be worried that it’s taking so long to be approved? All other books in the series have similar language and acts in the blurb and they all got published within 14-36h.

I have book 7 partially written but I’m not sure what happens if you release book 7 in a series before book 6 is live.

Does anyone have any advice or thoughts? I’m still quite new at this and am worried I’ve done something stupid (or will do something stupid) without realising.
