Flavored syrups
Does this subreddit dabble in creative flavorings for their espresso drinks?
I took a class at my local coffee shop to learn latte art and they offered syrups for some of the lattes we were making. I had a miso butterscotch syrup that was mind-blowing but they make it in house and do not sell it to the public.
I'd like to try recreating it for my own house but don't know where to start.
I could probably just start attempting to combine a miso butterscotch sauce recipe with how to make simple syrup. Anyone have thoughts on the right way to go?
