First espresso machine [£500]

Hi guys, Fairly new to this hobby (6 months in!). I currently brew with an Aeropress and grind with a Timemore C3 Pro. I am keen to advance to a espresso setup for the first time. I currently drink 2/3 cups a day so the manual grind is fine but a little tiresome. Question, best equipment within the £350-500 range? Would I also need a different grinder to work with said machine? I have read on here that the C3 Pro doesn't grind fine enough for espresso.
