Hidden RNG that Allows England to Inherit Austria

I was running a England run and in the middle of the War of Rose's Disaster I got the event that puts a Hapsburg on the throne. I was able to have relatively high Prestige and Married I nice Austria Gentleman. In about 1456 Austria lost its heir then King. The RNG let be direct inherit Austria as opposed to PU them. Predictably this fortune is leading to a WC since I did English missions then formed Austria and that's just ridiculously OP in the Early Game.

I have rarely seen this RNG except with a few pre scripted combos like France inheriting Naples or Poland inheriting Livonia. Wondering if anyone has ever had this RNG chain happen to them
