Relation improvement problem
Playing as Prussia (w/ starter pack DLCs and Lions From the North). Trying to request electorat e after subjugating Brandenburg.
To do this, I need +200 relations with Austria, which I had for a while, until randomly it dropped to +197 and it says Improve Relations is capped (I've since tried a gift, mil access and naval access but nothing has had an effect). Can't royal marriage since I'm a Bishopric.
If I can't get those 3 relations, then everything stops and the run is over :(
Is there anything i can do to get that 3 relations back?
