I dislike testimony meeting!

I have a down syndrome daughter who's 32 and there is a young man in our Ward who also has down syndrome about 27 years old. He gets up every fast and testimony meeting and goes on and on and on and you cannot understand him and they let this happen every fast Sunday. I don't get it.
