I feel alone as a closeted ex muslim

I left Islam last month and I have never felt more alone. My entire life feels like a lie.

On the internet, I'm an ex muslim. In real life, I'm a Muslim.

I know I can't tell my parents about my apostasy without getting disowned. But at least for me, I grew up and live in the west away from any form of sharia/islamic law.
