Just was offer d an in house consultation

Today I was offer d something in my house. In which some folks will come over and present. Has anyone else gotten a request like this?

It's for a couple of hours and actually pays really good. Even some offers of bringing additional people for a similar rate

I'm skeptical to give my address. I might be overthinking. Thoughts?
