2017 Lariat 5.0 w 35k miles for 35k?

I've been looking for a truck and found a 17 Lariat with the 5.0 and 6spd for 35k flat. 1 owner clean carfax so its certainly in good condition it just seems like 35k is a lot for a used 7 yr old truck. It's possible I just still havent calibrated my car prices post covid so I would appreciate any advice on whether this actually is a solid deal or if I should look elsewhere.
