Facebook Performance Bonus vs Reels Play Bonus payout date?

I'm signed up for both Facebook Reels Bonus and Facebook Performance Bonus, my first question being:

1. those are two separate payments/amounts, correct? In my 'transactions' I see ' Facebook Reels Play', but 'Bonus' is another tab in Monetization. So I'm assuming if I make a $500 Performance Bonus, and $500 Reels Play, that's $1,000
2. I got my Reels Play payment yesterday (1/23/24) with no Bonus payment. My first Bonus period ended December 14, 2022, and they state ' You will receive your payouts once a month after you reach a minimum balance of $100. Final payments are calculated at the end of each month and paid out approximately 21 days later', So I should have gotten a payment around January 21st?
