Facebook is showing unwanted adult content, what can I do about this?

I just turned 18, some days ago. And since then I've been scrolling through Facebook minding my own business when they decided to show Onlyfans models and very inappropriate ads from Temu. I'm strictly religious and have been clean from lust for years, and have not had a problem with Facebook regarding this.

The reels aren't an issue, except for the ads. My home feed shows OF and PH content, people feeling pity for the models and such, it's disgusting. I've been on Facebook since 2021 and have not had that kind of issue. I had to block and hide the content from the creator of it. But more would show up knowing I don't like this stuff.

Is there a way I can get rid of the lustful stuff in my feeds? I'm tired of seeing stuff like this on my Facebook. Especially because I have had that issue with Instagram and had to deactivate my account to get away from it, I don't want to deactivate my Facebook and not look back, my grandparents always check up on me. So it's a bad idea for me to leave them like that.
