[manga] Fairy Tail not killing its characters is a feature, not a flaw. Maybe a flawed feature but…

Mind you, even with death fakeouts, I find them to be overstated in their prevalence (that included Alvarez baring a weird one with Makarov). Hell, even if nobody does... does anybody need to?

I often equate Fairy Tail to a well-written Tokusatsu show where there are dramatics and heroic sacrifices but ultimately is meant to have a positive vibe to it of heroes helping their fellow.

So I’m not exactly considering a criticism that the story didn’t go all Game of Thrones on the Fairy Tail Guild. You could argue that some could at least some could be seriously wounded with their fates being up in the air buuuut they don’t need to bite it.
