[Discussion] The no Limits fallacy in fairy tail

Do some of you think that the no limits fallacy can be applied to some characters in the series?

Like (forgot name) the Za Warudo girl can just za warudo whenever she wants with absolutely no maximum time limit or cooldown. Nowhere was it stated she couldn’t just Za Warudo and end the arc if she wanted too. I think that enough to warrant an NLF. At least Dio’s had a cooldown and only lasted for like a few seconds iirc.
