How do you manage long fasts in your every day life?
When you re fasting for 3+ days (for example 3-21days, or some people mentioned 40 day fasts on here), do you guys usually do it on vacation or a break from work, or do you guys manage working too? What do your days look like, and are you more active or resting more? And in a side note - is fasting with green tea and water as beneficial as only water fasting?
