Is eating every 12 hours (Twice a day) even considered fasting? If so -- does it have any noticeable health benefits? I plan to hit 24 hour fasts soon and wondering if I'll be wasting time doing 12-hour fasts.
I am new to fasting and plan to start with twice a day, and then make my way to once when I can.

If so, what kind of benefits are you seeing? I searched on Google and just see AI type of answers so it'd be interesting to hear from those that are actually doing it.
Once I'm ready, I'll start going for 24 hours asap.
Edit: I'm glad I posted this because I got good feedback which got me looking into the 16:8 strategy, which I am starting today.
