Rider vs saber

I was rewatching the heavens feel movies cause I wanted to watch peak. While watching I understand rider was only able to hold on for a couple of minutes against salter, but it made me think is rider could beat a normal saber?First with shirou as sabers master then a fight where rin is her master?
