How can we support each other?

I realize much of my anxiety and sadness and anger is coming from my empathy for the harm and hurt others are feeling. And that means my humanity is intact.

Don’t let any emotionally immature, developmentally stunted person devalue your humanity by belittling your anxiety and grief.

And don’t suck it up, that’s bad for you. Process your feelings, honor your humanity, and form community with likeminded people.

In that spirit, what do you need? How can we support and care for each other now, and when we’re all crammed together in those crusty, dusty offices?
