What is something that you unlocked way later into the game that you could have done earlier?

This question was inspired by what happened with me recently. I only just now unlocked the Sightseeing Log, right after I finished Shadowbringers last night 😂

Also, I didn't unlock the Challenge Log until I was already a ways into Heavensward lol
