What are the heavensturn event npcs (hebi yoriki) wearing?

There are 3 npcs in the current heavensturn event, the red/yellow/blue hebi yoriki. Does anyone know if the outfit model they're wearing exists in-game as player gear? It's cute, I want it.

I tried Googling it but to no success, but its possible there's a resource I've forgotten.

(Also the hebi bugyo, I'm less interested in that one but its potentially interesting as well)
