I don't see any change in my appearance despite workout

I am 40 yo male, 5'10" 80Kgs and I have been working out since a couple of years regularly. Before that I wasn't an athletes or a sporty person neither I worked out regularly. Now you'll find me in gym at 5am for a couple of hours at least 5 times a week. I also eat well and don't eat a lot of crap. My caloric intake is apparently less than 2500 but never counted it.

I have gained a lot of strength - below are some details - over the past one years, but I hardly see any difference in my physical appearance.

Deadlift: started with 60KG, now I can do 130KG max ( usually start with 80KGs and gradually go to 120 KGs in 6 sets of 10s)

Squat: Started with 40KGs, but I can go up to 100KGs (generally I do 6 sets of 6-8s slowly progressing from 50 to 90KGs)

Shoulders: Have 4 tendon tears so took me a long time and started with 1KG should press, lateral and front movements now I can lift 55KG on machine -- can do military presses of up to 45 Kgs.

Chest: probably weakest of them all - can do 30KG dumbbell press .

Back: very strong, can lift good amount of weight

Similarly, can lift good amount of weight on biceps and triceps .

My goal is fitness and change in my appearance. Please help .
