1st Pregnancy unsure what to expect!

Hi everyone, So I just found out yesterday that I am pregnant with my first baby. Possibly on 4 weeks now but I been having the worst watery diarrhea almost 4-5 times today. I also have slight cramps on my right lower side. I haven’t had any type of discharge as well. I’ve read so many things about it being normal but I’m still nervous. Has this happen to anyone else during there first trimester?
