Maybe I'm too high strung

Idk why but it really irritates me when coworkers help when I say I don't need it. I work 1st class a lot and it bugs me when others try to help. Especially after I say I got it. Like I really don't want help picking up drinks I delivered or trays or anything when I work 1st class. I just get a bunch of period being overly persistent with it. I try to build rapport and I enjoy being the one that did it myself. I just feel that it's kinda didisrespectful to just do it anyway when I've repeatively had said i don't want/need help.
