Make me hungry Sydney: what’s a dish (& what restaurant) that u ABSOLUTELY LOVE/blows ur mind/can’t stop thinking about/would consider becoming a criminal for?

Mine was the ceviche from District Brasserie (now closed) 🥲 and (sorry for being a wanker - work took me) anything from Nobu. If someone said ‘that’s all ur allowed to eat for the rest of ur life’ .. I’d die happy. Would love some inspo to get out and try truly wicked food
