ABE notices/ notifications.......Illinois

So I randomly get texts and emails stating "there's an important notice available in your account" or something similar and there is no notice available. I mean I do get my redetermination notices in this way and they are actually there but I get a lot of notifications and there is no notice nor is it even time for a notice lol. I am just wondering...................does this happen to anyone else? Seems like a system glitch
