Journeyman save: When do you move club?

In my current journeyman save, I’m the manager of AZ Alkmaar, prior to that I was at Wrexham (where I gained promotion to the Championship), and Tokyo Verdy (where I won the second division).

I have made a habit of not leaving until I have won something, and at AZ I have won the Eredivisie in my third year. Coincidentally, my contract is almost running out too, so my question is - should I move, or stay at AZ?

As a side note, I’d be hesitant to move to a top club, one that is favourite for the title, as I don’t see the fun in that. I have already rejected offers from Man City and Bayern.

Any thoughts, or even suggestions on my next club, would be great!
