I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Hey. I'm a beginner in terms of football manager. I started my career with Borussia Dortmund in Football Manager 2021, my favorite team, but the season isn't going well so far, at least in the league. Currently sitting at 7th place and I have no clue what I'm doing wrong. Obviously I'm still making mistakes, but I think this team with Haaland and Sancho should be able to perform a bit better. The team has high morale, I always consider stamina and I don't think I'm having a completely useless or stupid tactic. Since I have absolutely no clue what I could change or what I'm doing wrong, the experience has been really frustrating for me so far. Here is a screenshot of my settings:
If anyone could help me out or point me in the right direction, that would be great. I love the realism and the amount of details in this game, it's really immersive, but it sucks when you don't know what you're doing wrong and you feel helpless and at the mercy of the algorithm.
