[Hiring] Looking for a social media manager - not sure how to go about it

Hey there

I'm a filmmaker. I produce a very large comedy podcast, I direct film projects for another large comedy podcast on their Patreon, I have my own podcast, and I also work on freelance film projects.

I have a small social media following (8.3k on IG, 4.6k on Twitter) and I'd like to have someone help me create and schedule content to post to grow my social media accounts.

Not sure how to go about finding someone, but would love to find someone who has some success in the comedy world. Any tips? Thank you!
