Port 443 UDP?

We just got our FortiAnalyzer going, and we started hammering in our firewall rules to sort out what traffic needs to come out of our network.

One thing we keep seeing is UDP Port 443 being used. I'm fully aware of TCP 443 (HTTPS) and is considered normal traffic. But what the heck is UDP 443? Maybe this? -> https://engineering.fb.com/2017/01/27/android/building-zero-protocol-for-fast-secure-mobile-connections/

Should I block it and force HTTPS to be used?
