My lipo's are below 0.8V!? Help

So I kinda messed up and forgot to charge my 2S Spektrum Smart LiPos for my AeroScout. Just checked with a multimeter, and they’re showing 0.8V per cell, which seems really low. I don’t fly much, so they’ve been sitting in my closet for way too long.

Think I can bring them back by charging super slow at 0.1A, or is this just how Smart batteries work? Also, is it even safe to try? (They are f... Expensive)

Any advice would be awesome!
