CDNIM EDT can barely smell it besides the citrus opening

I bought the edt of club de nuit intense man and sprayed 5 sprays behind ears back of neck and each elbow inside I get the citrus opening but once it's dried down I smell nothing and no compliments or anything from anyone if it helps I got it off Amazon it's the UAE batch is it because it needs to macerate? I also bought qawha which I can smell fine
