What’a the funniest/dumbest thing you’re dysphoric about?

A lot of people talk about their dysphoria in a very negative light which is understandable. I have a few trans friends and we were discussing the funniest/ dumbest things we’re dysphoric about, what’s yours?

For me, mine is holding my phone and supporting it with my pinky finger. If I catch myself doing that I’ll immediately hold my phone more “masculine” which is obviously a bit unhinged but when I realize what I’m doing it makes me laugh.
