overdose on t ? please help

for context im 10 month on t, been on 250mg every 28days since August and it's been nice.

heres it's "the problem" i went to get my tshot the 2nd of December, 28days since the last one. the next one it's supposed to be next Monday, 30th December but i won't be at home and the next two days it's all closed so it won't be possible doing it either.

i chose to do it today (25days since the last one) because due to the weekend i won't be able neither......the thing is 8 been really nervous all day and i felt like almost faiting twice, like if i couldn't breathe or like if mi heart run so fast i dont know.

it's possible that all that things are due to taking my shor earlier? it could have nothing to do with it but im just asking if any of this has happened to anyone of yall... and sorry for my bad English
