Itching INSIDE after transtape

Anyone else get this? It's probably one of my least favorite things to experience, it feels like I need to press my nails into the skin and rake it to scratch the deep itch. Only thing that helps is time and leaving my chest tf alone and not doing that lol. Doubt it's cancer since it's on both sides and usually only happens after irritation like tape or carrying a mail bag with a wide strap etc

I know tape can irritate the skin but is it possible it irritates the nerves inside too since they flatten the chest or something? This has happened before but now it's worse because I wore them for a few extra days and I really wish I could just tear my boobs off and not only for dysphoria reasons
