Alternative names to "women's underwear"?

I still wear "women's underwear" about half the time, even post-bottom surgery bc it's sometimes more comfortable, accentuates my bulge, and I don't get dysphoric over it. Men's briefs don't offer the same level of comfort for me. I feel silly calling it women's underwear tho bc it's just clothes and not about gender for me, but panties sounds worse. It's not like I need a super masculinized version I just want some other word for it
