Why some people saying that trans men are men written by women?

Vi há algum tempo alguns vídeos no ttk sobre pessoas dizendo que homens trans são homens escritos por mulheres, queria saber por que dizem isso. Edit: This is my first post and I left it as AMA by accident and I don't know what that means hahaha
