Not completed EVO, builder

Any apps or websites that allows you to pick non completed evo players, when you build your evo chains ?

I have a gavi that I need to finish today, step 1 makes him 85 and step 2 makes him 86.

If I leave him at 85 he will be eligible for the new incisive playmaker evo. And after that evo his stats would be a small bit higher than just putting in his 83.

But I feel then it would be harder to check websites to figure out future evos for him, as the websites would have him at lower stats.
