24 - 36 h fasting once per week

hi all, I’ve searched but found only older posts mentioning intermitent fasting, so excuse me please if I’m breaking some rules here.

does anyone have experience with fasting every week or two for the whole day?

do you need to eat more calories for the rest of the week or is it ok?

my goal is to gain muscle, I dont care about losing fat but I like the healthy reasons behind fasting.
