Green Tint at lower brightness

My z flip 5 has an aggressively green tint when the brightness is lowered. None of the settings have been changed and the phone has been reset but still no luck. If this is a hardware issue, should I get it repaired immediately or should I be able to push through until I get a new phone (probably in 1-2 years).

The dead pixels in the corner have been there a while and have not caused any problems up to this point
