Chasing the dopamine of seeing a town gradually expand/grow and add new stuff to see and do ala Arceus Legends. Any recommendations on Nintendo Switch?

I wish Dark Cloud/Dark Chronicle was available to play on Nintendo Switch, that game was dopamine central in terms of georama.
