Which game, in your opinion, has the most fun combat system?

I don't know whether this is pushing it or not, but I think I might go as far as to call myself a newbie gamer. At the very least, the games that I've played and absolutely loved so far could be said to be lacking in the combat department. (Skyrim, RDR2, etc.) I'm looking for new games to play and if my taste in TTRPGs are any indicator of what I might like in videogames, I'm looking for something with really fun and dynamic combat. I've heard the Soulsborne games, especially Bloodborne, might be what I'm looking for? But I thought I'd ask you guys just to make sure.
